My name is Stephanie Magee. About a year ago, I found the book Wheat Belly by Dr. William Davis, and it changed my life. I had constant issues with severe acne, exhaustion, bloating, PMS, etc. After reading the book, I took a whole new look at what wheat was and how I was using it. I once saw it as fuel to my gym sessions. Now I realize it was holding me back. Since cutting wheat from my diet, I have done a complete 180. I no longer have horrible acne, I sleep better, no mood swings…the list goes on. I keep as up-to-date as possible on health and wellness. This has definitely been something that has changed my life, and I hope to spread the wealth and help others find their path to a healthier lifestyle!
